Operation Badar Founder 
 
The founder of Operation Badar Mr. Zia Khan (Google Profile) has more than twelve years of experience in software architecture, design, development, implementation, and integration. Current focus is on RIA and cloud based application development. Currently, leading a RIA/SaaS based electronic medical record development effort as CTO of UnisonCare Corporation and a web services based interactive educational platform development effort as CEO of Panacloud.com. His area of expertise includes .NET and Java. 
 
He has been leading Operation Badar, a not-for-profit educational movement for over eight years. In this capacity in addition to managing the movement he has taught computer science and finance/accounting to over 10,000 students worldwide.
 
He holds a triple Masters degrees in engineering (MSE), business (MBA), and accounting (M.Acc.) from Arizona State University (ASU). Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from KU. Professional qualifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is also a Microsoft MVP.
